Boot/Tail Pulley for Bucket Elevator and Belt Conveyor
Agexpertise’ boot/tail pulleys are designed to meet all the applications in modern material handling industries. They are featured in:
 ●       All parts are produced from CNC laser machine or turret press. All pulleys are jig welded to assure balance, accurate concentricity and roundness.
●      The crown face aids in great belt tracking. 
●       Tapered hub and bushing (available in XT series, Q-D series and split MST series) structure makes reliable shaft grip, self-seating and auto-centering, Full length engagement between hub, bushing and shaft, simple assembly and speedy replacement, reducing labor cost.
●       Option of the type of pulleys – available in crown or straight face.

-          Slatted wing pulley
●     The pulley automatically discharges foreign material to the side of the conveyor when the pulley rotates. This self-cleaning action result in no material buildup between the belt and pulley, and preventing belt misalignment.
-          Spiral wing pulley/Spiral drum pulley 
    In addition to the advantages of regular wing pulley, the spiral pulley makes the continuous belt contact, which eliminates noise and vibration.

    All the pulleys are balanced and meet the standard of CEMA.
    Agexpertise’ standard pulleys are from 5” – 48” in DIA. (⊙127mm –⊙1220mm) and face width from 5” – 69” (127mm – 1750mm. Stainless steel pulleys also are available upon request. Your different sizes and specification are welcomed because we can modify or tailor to your specific needs.
